Tanda Tula Safari Camp has been exquisitely redesigned to mix in with the natural environment. Sliding glass doors and canvas walls that can be fully opened to take in the stunning views of the Nhlaralumi riverbed and surrounding woodlands provide an abundance of natural light. Every suite is a demonstration of ecological awareness, as they are completely "off grid," solar-powered, and outfitted with water-efficient equipment.

There are seven safari suites to choose from, each with an own plunge pool, a cosy sitting area, and an en suite bedroom. For couples or lone travellers, these rooms offer the ideal haven. The two family suites, which include two bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, a common living area and a private plunge pool, are ideal for bigger gatherings. These are perfect for travelling in groups of friends or families with little children. Every suite has a large, covered outdoor terrace for lounging and dining. You can see the breathtaking surroundings unhindered and go even closer to nature with a seat on a submerged bench.

At Tanda Tula Safari Camp, you may enjoy romantic private meals, two daily game drives, bush walks, and riverbank picnics. Together, the rangers Formen, Scotch, and Civilised have over fifty years of safari experience, and they will share all of their wisdom with you. There's food in the bush waiting after the morning drive. A cooked English breakfast feast and a continental buffet are served by Chef Ryan and his crew. If you're in the mood for some exercise, consider scheduling a guided bush walk. You'll be astounded by all the little gems that are hiding around every corner. Naturally, the afternoon wildlife drive is accompanied with a sundowner on the spot, and dinner in the boma follows.

Children of eight years and older are welcome to stay at Tanda Tula. Children under twelve pay applicable child rates and must be sharing accommodation with parents. Children 12 - 18 pay full adult rates. Please note: there are no special facilities for children.
