Geiger's Camp

A traditional-style family residence with four individual bedrooms is called Geiger's Camp. Owner and artist Marion Geiger has specially designed each suite to make it unique. Every room is a treasure trove of furniture because to her artistic eye for beauty and elegance (even your robe is fairly fashionable). The roomy bathroom features an elegant outdoor shower for washing up in style as well as a traditional freestanding bathtub with copper sinks. Every accommodation has a separate deck with views of the surrounding wilderness. If artistically decorated rooms appeal to your creative side, how about taking out a sketchbook and drawing the animals that passes in front of you?

Even if you are only there for a few days, there's a good chance you will come across the Big Five because they are widely distributed in this area of the jungle. Discovering a city with locals is the experience of exploring with Geiger's Camp's experienced trackers. Every guide is a local; a few were raised here. It's also not acceptable to rush game spotting at Geiger's Camp. The drives take at least three and a half hours, and they go out early to see the stunning sunrise and late in the afternoon to see the most spectacular sunsets. A safari walk throughout the night is a great way to truly embrace the natural world and peace within yourself.

Children under the age of 6 will not be permitted at Geiger’s Camp and children between the ages of 6 and 16 are only permitted when taking the camp exclusively. Children should be 6 years and older for game drives at the discretion of the guide, 12 years and older for bush walks and 18 years for 'Overnight Safari Walk Experience'. Au-pair services can be provided when advised at the time of reservation.
